1. Kısaca
Backstreet Soccer League, oyun ilerlemeni yalnızca senin cihazında saklayan ücretsiz bir futbol oyunudur. Hesap açman gerekmez, oyun internet olmadan oynanır ve hiçbir kişisel veri toplanmaz. Hiçbir veri satılmaz veya paylaşılmaz.
2. Hangi veriler, nerede?
- Oyun kaydı (yalnızca cihazda): skor, lig ilerlemesi, kozmetikler ve ayarlar uygulamanın yerel deposunda (localStorage) tutulur. Bu veriler cihazından ÇIKMAZ, hiçbir sunucuya gönderilmez. Uygulamayı kaldırırsan bu veriler silinir.
- Hesap / bulut kaydı: YOKTUR. Oyun senden e-posta, şifre veya hesap istemez; kimliğini doğrulamaz. (Uygulamada ileride kullanılmak üzere hazırlanmış, şu anda tamamen devre dışı bir bulut yedekleme altyapısı bulunur; etkin olmadığı için hiçbir veri gönderilmez. Etkinleştirilirse bu politika güncellenir ve senden ayrıca onay istenir.)
- Reklamlar: YOKTUR. Uygulamada üçüncü taraf reklam ağı bulunmaz.
- Analitik / takip: YOKTUR. Hiçbir analitik aracı, izleme pikseli veya üçüncü taraf SDK kullanılmaz. Oyun içi istatistikler yalnız senin cihazında tutulur, kimseye gönderilmez.
3. Toplamadıklarımız
- Konum, rehber, kamera, mikrofon verisi toplanmaz.
- Cihaz veya reklam tanımlayıcısı toplanmaz.
- Oyunda sohbet/kullanıcı içeriği yoktur.
- Veriler üçüncü kişilere satılmaz, pazarlama amaçlı paylaşılmaz.
4. Çocukların gizliliği
Oyun her yaşa uygundur ve hiç kimseden — çocuklar dâhil — kişisel veri toplamaz. Hesap açma yoktur, reklam yoktur, takip yoktur. Bu nedenle çocuklara ait herhangi bir verinin toplanması söz konusu değildir.
5. Geri bildirim gönderdiğinde
Oyun içindeki geri bildirim düğmesine bastığında cihazının e-posta uygulaması bir taslak mesajla açılır. Sorunu anlamamıza yardımcı olması için taslağa teknik bilgiler (oyun sürümü, cihaz/tarayıcı bilgisi) ve cihazında zaten tutulan oyun istatistiklerin (oturum sayısı, aktif gün, maç sayısı, ilk/son oynama tarihi) eklenir. Bu bilgiler yalnızca taslağa kopyalanır. Mesajı sen göndermeyi seçmedikçe bize hiçbir bilgi ulaşmaz; göndermeden önce içeriği görebilir, istemediğin satırları silebilirsin. Arka planda otomatik gönderim yoktur.
6. Haklar ve iletişim
KVKK/GDPR kapsamında verine erişme, düzeltme ve silme hakların vardır. Oyun kişisel veri toplamadığı için silinecek bir kaydımız bulunmaz; cihazındaki oyun kaydını uygulamayı kaldırarak dilediğin zaman silebilirsin. Soru ve talepler için: hello@tpckgames.com
7. Değişiklikler
Bu politika değişirse sürüm numarası artar ve oyun ilk açılışta yeniden onay ister.

1. In short
Backstreet Soccer League is a free football game that stores your progress only on your device. No account is required, the game works offline, and no personal data is collected. We never sell or share any data.
2. What data, where?
- Game save (on your device only): scores, league progress, cosmetics and settings live in local storage (localStorage). This data never leaves your device and is not sent to any server. Uninstalling the app deletes it.
- Accounts / cloud save: NONE. The game never asks for an e-mail, password or account. (The app contains a cloud-backup component prepared for possible future use, but it is currently fully disabled and transmits nothing. If it is ever enabled, this policy will be updated and your explicit consent requested.)
- Ads: NONE. There is no third-party ad network in the app.
- Analytics / tracking: NONE. No analytics tools, tracking pixels or third-party SDKs are used. In-game statistics stay on your device and are never transmitted.
3. What we do NOT collect
- No location, contacts, camera or microphone data.
- No device or advertising identifiers.
- No chat or user-generated content in the game.
- No selling or marketing-sharing of data with third parties.
4. Children's privacy
The game is suitable for all ages and collects no personal data from anyone, including children. There are no accounts, no ads and no tracking, so no children's data can be collected.
5. When you send feedback
Tapping the in-game feedback button opens your device's e-mail app with a draft message. Technical details (game version, device/browser info) and the play statistics already stored on your device (session count, active days, matches, first/last play date) are added to help us understand the issue. This information is only copied into the draft. Nothing reaches us unless you choose to send it; you can review the draft and delete any line you prefer not to share. There is no automatic background sending.
6. Your rights & contact
Under GDPR/KVKK you may access, correct and delete your data. As we collect no personal data, we hold no records to delete; you can erase your local game save at any time by uninstalling the app. Questions and requests: hello@tpckgames.com
7. Changes
If this policy changes, its version number increases and the game asks for consent again on launch.
